She showed us some of her books that are our favorites here at Kaufman! The students have been learning about these whenever they visit the library on Wednesdays.
She even gave us all an art lesson on how to draw some of the characters in her books....very cool!
Mrs. Williamson, our school librarian, LOVED all of the beautiful drawings the students made!
I caught Mrs. Sheltraw trying out her artistic abilities......good job Mrs. Sheltraw!
Of course we had to sneak a picture with Laurie Keller before we left! We loved having her visit our school and hope she comes back again next year!
