Today the students brought in their New Year's hat projects and they all turned out fabulous and so creative! The class enjoyed getting to hear each student share what their favorite memory from 2009 was and their resolutions for this new year, 2010. We are so proud of them all - they did a terrific job! Their hats are now displayed in our hallway and we will return them home within the next week.
Thank you for taking time to visit our class blog. I will share pictures and exciting news going on in our classrooms here. It's an easy way to share with parents, grandparents, family and friends how much fun we are having as we learn here at Kaufman Elementary! Feel free to leave a comment and visit again soon!

On Friday, we combined our two classes to do a "blubber experiment" in Ms. Overbeck's class. Here are some pictures of Ms. Overbeck teaching the science lesson........

Here are the students getting to feel for themselves the difference blubber makes when touching ice.......most of them noticed the difference right away!!!!
